Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and unworn
• Be in its original packaging
• Have all original tags attached

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return if they have been worn or used.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue quickly.
